Our Impact

One of our core beliefs as a team is that our success offers us a powerful opportunity to do good and positively impact our communities. Not only is charitable giving a core financial expertise of ours, but it's also a way of life for our company and our team members. You can learn more about the organizations we support both corporately and personally below.

Where We Give Back

James Storehouse

Located in Newbury Park, James Storehouse is a local non-profit that supports foster children and their families by providing them with various tools and resources, including clothing, spaces for visitation, life skills, and mentoring.

Dry Bones

Located in downtown Denver, Dry Bones primarily supports teens and young adults experiencing homelessness through companionship. By offering their friends on the street community and a sense of belonging, staff members offer an alternative narrative of meaning and self-worth to the story many of these kids are telling themselves.

Royal Family Kids Camp

Royal Family Kids Camp is a national organization that partners with local communities to host incredible summer camps for children who would otherwise not have the opportunity. Often, campers come from traumatic backgrounds, and camps provide a special time to find healing in nature and through fun activities in a safe community.

Pepperdine University

Many of our team members are proud Pepperdine University alumni. With a mission to strengthen students for lives of purpose, service, and leadership, our Pepperdine experiences contributed to our common belief that to whom much has been given, much is required, and we're proud to be Waves hiring Waves.

Oaks Christian School

We also have several former Oaks Christian Lions on our team, and we're excited to maintain a close connection to the Westlake Village school, serving as a resource for current students and alumni
